BANANA PANCAKES

  

B BANANA PANCAKES

  ó  5 bananas.
  ó  2 eggs.
  ó  ¼   litre of milk.
  ó  Cinnamon.
  ó  ½ lemon.
  ó  120 grames of flour.
  ó  Salt.
  ó  3 spoonful of sugar.
  ó  ½ cup of oil.

PREPARATION:
  1. First, peel and cut the bananas.
  2. Then, mix the lemon juice and bananas in a bowl until it looks like a cream.
  3. In another bowl, beat the white of eggs while adding sugar slowly.
  4. After that, add the yolks, salt, cinnamon, grated lemon rind and bananas cream. Mix it.
  5. Next, add the milk and flour gently.
  6. Leave it to rest for half an hour.
  7. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the pastry until both sides are golden.
  8. Put the pancakes on absorbent paper.
  9. Finally, sprinkle sugar and cinnamon or honey.
