B BANANA PANCAKES
ó 5 bananas.
ó 2 eggs.
ó ¼ litre of milk.
ó Cinnamon.
ó ½ lemon.
ó 120 grames of flour.
ó Salt.
ó 3 spoonful of sugar.
ó ½ cup of oil.
PREPARATION:
- First, peel and cut the bananas.
- Then, mix the lemon juice and bananas in a bowl until it looks like a cream.
- In another bowl, beat the white of eggs while adding sugar slowly.
- After that, add the yolks, salt, cinnamon, grated lemon rind and bananas cream. Mix it.
- Next, add the milk and flour gently.
- Leave it to rest for half an hour.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the pastry until both sides are golden.
- Put the pancakes on absorbent paper.
- Finally, sprinkle sugar and cinnamon or honey.
